I will draw a portrait today about, Albert Einstein with Inkscape now why I, do this because today when I'm recording, this it's March 14 so 3 1 4 reaches on, one hand, pi day you know like the three figure in modern, science his birthday is the same day as, pi the constant we use in mathematics I, think it's a it's a funny alignment so, yeah because of this I would like to, draw up at Einstein and I would like to, draw a PI as well I will show you how to, in this lesson I will show you also how, to create a caricature of a person now, Einstein was drawing so many times that, in videogames and the cartoons he is his, image is kind of like the the scientists, I mean the funny of cute scientist is, usually looking like Albert Einstein, because he has the big mustache pew, shaped nose smaller eyes big ears a lot, of times and a big most importantly the, big fuzzy hair if you know we can, multi-week is kind of like a slender and, very dirty minded Albert Einstein so a, genius with big fuzzy white hair or the, doc flown back to the future, same same same category same visuals so, what we do, is something like that I don't use the, image I use an image which are imported, in Inkscape pushing control I or file, import image and I just use it because I, want to make the eyes good and the nose, good and of course it what I drove will, be a cartoon like caricature but for you, it's a lecture in drawing caricatures, and drawing out that Einstein if you, want and one more thing I'm not using, the image which is also very well known, about him when he is showing his tongue, and this it's funny but I don't I like, this picture much more I think it's, nicer so what we start with is we start, with the head shape so let's draw here, the head shape is somehow a bit I just want to make a cartoon, character resembling Einstein so I give, him a big nose good the eyes could be a, bit closer nice, and i duplicate it you know I usually, diplucate, so anytime I can programming and you're, branching out or when you are writing, and you are saving a copy like maybe for, later use is the same thing I'm not, using another copy I'm just applique, ting the design if or less I double, click here to add another node nice and, I color the nose the same skin color but, I give it a gradient and that will be, the nose will be or brighter or more red, on the end let's top of the mustache I color it gray, and with page down I put it down I can, select both of them and they go past, Union that's already one shape so this, is the shape I have now this is the, mustache bending yeah I move this to the side as, well good, still not sure about the mouth but we, will get to that but I would also want, to give a shine to the nose which will, be a vital IPPs with some gradients so, I'm just grabbing the gradient light is, coming from here it's like shiny nose, this is very shiny and nice I can give, the shine for the whole head i, duplicated and the whole head i can make, a bit darker just a tiny bit just a tiny, okay and this one a bit lighter okay why, it is good for me i duplicate the base i, duplicate this one i select this one, path intersection and we end i send back, and we page up i move it up so i have, something like a light on his face and i, do the same with this one, pace down I send it behind this one can, be even higher a bit, and you see
