[Music], what's up everyone and welcome to the, club in today's video we'll be drawing, bane from batman let's get started in, the center of our page with the upper, eyelid so we start all the way over, towards the left side draw a curve, coming in, just bend that down on the inside now, leaving a gap and draw the same thing on, the right so let's line up the inside, curve up, and bend that out, let's go back to the inside and curl the, brow coming up towards the center point, starting on the left curve in, and then up in the middle, and curve down, and out on the right, i'm also going to add a fold in between, the eyes starting back on the left we're, going to curve up, and then down on the right, now we tuck the eyes in underneath the, eyelid we're gonna start back on the, left side we're gonna step in to create, an overlap, curve down towards the bottom of the eye, and then up on the inside let's do the, same thing on the right starting from, the inside, and down towards the same height, and then back up, let's move to the outside and draw the, lower half of the head from the eyelid, we're going to step out into a large, half circle coming down the middle, around this, out and go out, and up on the right side, then we'll go back to my side and draw, the top of the head let's start out here, we're going to bump up the side of the, head, go up and in, round off the top of the head, come around, and then down and in on the right side, let's add that stitch line going across, the center of the forehead starting in, the middle do a straight line going all, the way up, towards the top of the head, it will draw that trim around the face, starting from the inside edge of the, left brow draw a straight angle line, going up, and out, line this up on the right and do the, same thing going up, towards the same height, and then from the top we go straight up, and just bend that in towards the tip, same thing on the right, now from here want to curve out and then, down towards the side of the head, out, and then pulling that down, and then from that same point and curve, down and in directly underneath the eye, same thing on the right side, let's go up and in with a short line, aiming toward the center of the head, and we'll draw a short angle line coming, down and out, [Music], and then from here we draw a straight, angle line come down in towards the chin, [Music], let's add a fold along the inside of the, eye starting from the left and curve, down and out for the short line, same thing on the, right now to move down and draw on the, side of the body starting over the left, side just underneath the head curve the, body going out, and then down towards the hip move over, towards the right, and do the same thing, let's close off the bottom of the belt, starting back on the left side and come, down the middle, and back up on the right and then from, the hip we're going to step up for that, same curve the top of the belt, let's add some detail in the belt we'll, start in the center with a circle start, from the top go all the way down towards, the bottom, and then back up towards the top, and we'll add a smaller circle in the, middle then we have three lines on, either side of the belt starting from, the left we'll step in, one line, two, and then three, we'll do the same thing on the right, [Music], let's go back up to the top and draw the, bottom edge of the collar from the top, of the bottom step in and draw a half, oval coming down the middle, round this out and go back up on the, right i just want to add a crease for, the edge of the chest starting back on, the left, curve up, and then down, let's continue working down the legs, from the belt buckle we're going to step, down draw a curve left to right going up, and then down, now leaving a gap in the center let's go, over towards the left side, curve out, and down toward the left heel, move over towards the right go out, and down towards the right heel, [Music], and then we'll round out the bottom of, the feet starting from the heel, curve down, and up towards the toe, and the same thing on the right, let's go back to the side and draw on, the top of the foot from the toe and, curl up just going to bend this down, aiming towards the heel and stop right, about there and the same thing on the, right going up toward the top, and bending that down, now we'll go back up to the hip and draw, on the side of the leg starting from the, left hip, out, and pull that straight down on top of, the foot, let's add a thick sole on the bottom of, the feet and take this curve step up, and just trace that across on both sides, [Music], now from the top of the foot we'll step, up starting on the left curve down, and then up on the inside leg, line this up on the right, and do the same thing, i'm also going to add a patch around the, knee from the top of the boot cuff we're, going to step up just follow that same, curve coming in about halfway along the, leg, and it comes straight down, let's line this up on the right, come down and in and then come straight, down, now we're going to move back up and draw, on the arms from the top of the body, we're going to step out and start by, coming down, and then out towards the wrist go over, towards the right and do the same thing, coming down, and then out, now we're going to curl around the thumb, starting from the wrist we go up, and hook the thumb coming down, round up the tip of the thumb and go, back up let's do the same thing on the, right going up, come down towards the tip of the thumb, round this out and hook that back up, and we'll add three fingers on the other, side start from the side i'm going to, draw a half over point out, and then back in, come down towards the bottom grip out, in and tuck this up underneath the thumb, we'll add one more oval going out, in and then up let's do the same thing, on the right, [Music], and then from the bottom finger and, curve down and then hook the palm going, up, do the same thing on the right down, and then bending that up, and we'll close off the bottom of the, arm from the top of the palm we'll step, down start by coming straight in then, we'll bend the arm up in behind the body, let's go to the top of the wrist step in, and draw a curve coming in, and then back out, do the same thing on the right, then we're going to open up the glove, around the thumb starting from the wrist, curve in just pull that up along the, bottom of the thumb, let's add a strap across the right arm, starting from the inside of the bottom, curve up, and then out, and step up just trace that same curve, let's add that hose coming from behind, the head along the side of the arm so we, start at the top of the strap, curve in, and then out underneath the head and, then from the bottom curve up, and then down in behind the hand, [Music], let's trace this hose along the outside, starting from the top and step up, down and in, go up towards the top, and round out the top and then pull that, in behind the hand, then we add a clip around the hose, starting from the top clip in and out, step in draw that twice, and there we have it there's a cartoon, illustration of being i hope you enjoyed, today's lesson make sure you subscribe, and send me your request in the comments, below thanks for watching and we'll see, you again soon, [Music]

Launch HN: Tavus (YC S21) – AI-generated personalized videos for sales outreachHi HN - Hassaan, Quinn & Rishabh here and we're the founders of Tavus (https://tavus.io/). We generate personalized videos that realistically imitate your gestures and voice. See a short demo at https://video.tavus.io/video?id=2302 and play with it at https://tavus.io/playground/.

Companies like Loom and Vidyard have proven the value of personalized videos for sales, onboarding, marketing, and more. The problem is the time it takes to create a video for each prospect. We make it scalable by generating thousands of personalized videos of you in the time it would take to record one. Our users get the benefits of personalized videos, like large increases in open and reply rates, without having to invest all that time.

We struggled with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing at every company we all worked at. It took too many emails and felt spammy. The best responses we got were from emails that we wrote specifically for clients we were particularly interested in. We then tried our hand at video marketing, with generic videos sent to each lead over LinkedIn, which ultimately performed much better than any traditional campaigns we ran.

What if we personalized the videos like we personalize emails at scale? We decided to test that, and the results were incredible. People loved the fact that we sent natural videos with our own voices and faces, and we achieved massive increases in demos booked (250% spike). The sales industry is seeing this shift towards more individualized video content as well; companies like Loom are growing rapidly and seeing validating results such as 4x meetings booked. We also found that these videos perform well outside of sales and marketing, specifically in recruiting, onboarding, and customer success.

To get started with Tavus, users train an AI model with their voice and face, by submitting a 15 minute video recording. Next they set up a base video template(s) that includes the pitch that they will be giving in the video, along with the associated branded landing page and video background. Once that is set up, videos can be generated at the click of a button. One-off videos can be generated in the Tavus portal, or a CSV can be uploaded to process videos in bulk. Videos can also be generated programmatically through the Tavus API. Each video is automatically personalized in the user’s voice for each unique prospect, and can even automatically generate unique backgrounds, such as a prospects LinkedIn profile or website.

People don’t notice imperfections if the content is interesting to them, and unless you are specifically looking for artifacts, Tavus videos are practically indiscernible from a manually recorded video. Therefore our focus is not on generating the most advanced voice-cloning or lip syncing—plenty of great researchers can do that way better than we ever could. Instead it is to provide many immersive personalization options that cater to the customers' leads. A recruiting company can use video outreach very differently than a sales company, and so on. Our core effort is supporting each of those use cases in depth.

Also, people don’t trust videos that have professional green-screen backgrounds, perfect lighting and a voice actor recording for you. They want to see you, see that you are real, they want to hear your voice. In our experience, slight imperfections in your video can actually lead to better outcomes as long as you get the content right, as they make for a more engaging experience. The point is not to fool people into thinking that a recording is fully ‘natural’ but to provide them an immersive experience that is personally relevant to them.

Our revenue is generated from a subscription model. These subscriptions typically include things like video strategy consulting, branded landing pages, and a quota of videos that can be generated per month,

We would love to get your feedback on Tavus, and in particular, hear any ideas you have! We’re super excited about this product, and we’ve got a lot of work ahead of us :) Thank you!.

This took SO many hours and it isn't even technically the first page... Maybe I should have picked something easier for my first time trying adult coloring, but I've always been ambitious.
